時(shí)代中能退役鋰電池及鈷鎳資源循環(huán)項(xiàng)目全面建成,現(xiàn)建有紹興上虞、江西上饒兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)基地,具備年拆解5萬噸退役鋰電池,年產(chǎn)10000金屬噸鈷產(chǎn)品(含2000噸金屬鈷)、9020金屬噸鎳產(chǎn)品(含6000噸金屬鎳)、5000噸四氧化三錳、17000噸碳酸鋰、3000噸磷酸鐵的生產(chǎn)能力,工藝技術(shù)成熟,自動(dòng)化程度、環(huán)保水平較高成本較優(yōu)。

Focus on providing high-value services in the new energy industry, carry out the stepped recovery and recycling of decommissioned power lithium batteries and other characteristic businesses and promote the closed-loop cycle of resources. It is a dual-license enterprise in the white list of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s New Energy Vehicle Waste Power Battery Comprehensive Utilization Industry Standard Conditions , a high-tech enterprise, a Shaoxing Green Factory, one of Top 100 industrial enterprises in Shangyu District, a hidden champion enterprise,etc.
The company's decommissioned lithium battery and cobalt-nickel resource recycling project has been fully completed, and now has two production bases in Shangyu, Shaoxing and Shangrao, Jiangxi , with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of cobalt salt, 10,000 tons of nickel salt, 5,000 tons of manganese oxide, 8,000 tons of lithium carbonate, 3,000 tons of iron phosphate, and 50,000 tons of decommissioned lithium batteries. Both two bases have mature process technology, high degree of automation, high level of environmental protection and low cost.
New Era Zhongneng has brought together and cultivated senior technical and management teams in the industry, and carried out Industry-University-Research cooperation with Central South University, Wuhan University of Technology, Lanzhou University of Technology, Jiangsu University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and other colleges and universities to jointly build scientific R&D platforms such as academician expert workstations, postdoctoral mobile stations, and provincial R&D centers. It has obtained 50 patents and undertaken 2 key R&D projects of the National Ministry of Science and Technology and participated in the formulation of 1 national standard and 6 industry standards which have been promulgated, leading the enterprise to pass ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 four system certification.
